Bring us the problem. We’ll build the solution.
Bespoke software, websites and web apps, Microsoft business solutions, graphic design and marketing campaigns for businesses, public bodies and charities. We diagnose the operational problem first — stock that never matches, deliveries that vanish between systems, the process held together by one person’s spreadsheet — then build precisely what fixes it.
- 7 Delivery stages Each one ends with a written deliverable you sign off before we move on.
- 3 Working days Our reply window on any enquiry — from a person, not an autoresponder.
- 1 Senior team The people you brief are the people who build it. No account layer, no handover to juniors.
- 45 Minutes, free A scoping call at no cost, with the senior team. We put the fix in writing before a price is discussed.
Where most projects fail
Technology projects go wrong at the diagnosis, not the build.
So we start with the problem, in your words. Then we write down what we believe is actually wrong, what we would change, what it will cost and how long it will take — and you decide whether to proceed. No discovery invoice for a document you cannot use.
Sometimes the right answer is built on the Microsoft licences you already pay for — not a system that earns us a bigger invoice.
The recommendation you get is the one we’d take ourselvesCapability
One studio, the whole job.
Software, web, the Microsoft stack, graphic design, campaigns and training — scoped individually, delivered by one senior team, quoted as one project. No subcontractor chains, no three suppliers blaming each other.

■ The build — delivered in reviewable increments, documentation written as we go
In practice
Send us the problem, not a specification.
These are the sentences clients actually open with. If yours sounds like one of them, we have built the fix before.
Method
You always know which stage you are in.
Every stage ends with something written that you sign off. Change requests go through a documented process, not a phone call — which is how budgets stay where they started.
- 01DiscoveryThe problem, the constraints, the people affected.
- 02Scope & quoteWritten fix, stages, price and timescale. You approve it.
- 03DesignScreens and flows reviewed with the people who will use them.
- 04BuildDelivered in reviewable increments, not one silent block.
- 05TestAccessibility, security and real-data testing before launch.
- 06LaunchMigration, training and a rollback plan that exists in writing.
- 07SupportNamed response targets in the agreement, not implied.
Designed for
Businesses, public bodies and charities.
The same senior team builds for family firms and for public institutions. What changes is the paperwork: fast written scopes for businesses; governance, DPIAs, accessibility and procurement documentation for the public sector, prepared before they are asked for.
Straight answers
The questions buyers ask us first.
Answered here rather than after three meetings. If a straight answer rules us out, that is a useful outcome for both of us.
Q1 What does a project typically cost?
It depends entirely on the problem, which is why we scope before we price. What we will commit to: a written scope with a fixed price or a stated day rate before any work starts, and no charges that were not in that document. Smaller Microsoft-based solutions and website projects are typically the lowest-cost route; full bespoke systems sit well above that. We will tell you which band you are in during the first conversation.
Q2 Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Intellectual property in the work we build for you transfers to you on final payment, and we hand over source code, documentation and access to the hosting and accounts involved. You are never locked in to us as a supplier — another developer can pick the work up.
Q3 How do you handle data protection and accessibility?
UK GDPR by design and WCAG 2.2 AA as the standard, not an upgrade. We minimise what a system collects, document lawful basis and retention, and support DPIAs where a public body needs one. Accessibility is tested before launch rather than promised in a proposal.
Q4 How does a public body engage us?
Direct award below threshold, written quotation, or open tender — whichever your standing orders require. We are not on a framework, so most work comes through the first two routes, and we complete whatever supplier onboarding and processor terms your finance team needs.
Q5 What happens if the project changes halfway through?
Change requests are written down, priced and approved before they are built. That is the whole mechanism that stops a fixed price quietly becoming an open one. If a change makes the original plan the wrong plan, we will say so.
Q6 How quickly can you start?
We reply to any enquiry within three working days and can usually hold the first scoping conversation the same week. Build start depends on current commitments — we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.
Start here
Tell us the problem. We’ll reply with a plan.
A sentence is enough to start. No forms into a void — this goes straight to the people who would do the work, and we answer within three working days.
Beyond client work
Technology that makes young people safer
We run an independent social-impact strand: safety technology for women, girls and young people, and online-harms education delivered in schools, youth services and community settings across the UK.
It is why data protection, accessibility and safeguarding discipline run through everything else we build — including the commercial work.
